Litigation Paralegal: Multiple Locations

Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its Litigation team in any of the firm’s office locations. This position will support attorneys primarily based in our Cheyenne, Wyoming location. This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule with a requirement to prepare for and attend hearings, trials and preparation for both in the Cheyenne office and around Wyoming. The successful candidate will become part of litigation teams handling lawsuits and administrative proceedings in a variety of substantive areas, including natural resources, commercial, employment and workers’ compensation, construction, tax and real estate.  

Ideal candidates will have litigation experience, including discovery and trial or evidentiary hearing experience; paralegal certificate and/or four-year undergraduate degree; strong technology and organizational skills and attention to detail; and the ability to work independently and in multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel required, and Relativity preferred. Salary Range:

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado). The compensation range for this position is $33.33 - $51.28 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work-week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
