Holland & Hart is seeking an experienced paralegal in the Corporate/Securities area.
Candidate must have 2+ years of prior corporate and securities paralegal experience (in either a law firm or corporation), significant and recent experience with either M&A transaction closings and Delaware corporate law, or securities transaction closings, SEC filings, and federal and state securities law (including Form D and blue sky), and a degree from a four-year under graduate institution or a paralegal certificate. Experience with Colorado corporate law is also helpful. Qualifications include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and expertise in MSWord and Outlook. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado). The compensation range for this position is $33.33-$51.28 per hour. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
