Trademark Paralegals: Multiple locations
Holland & Hart is seeking to hire experienced Trademark Paralegals to join our growing practice. We have opportunities available for those with experience in portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. This position offers the flexibility to work out of any of the firm’s offices nationally.
Ideal applicants will possess experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters.
Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for paralegals positions that may be based in Colorado. The compensation range for paralegals in Colorado is $33.33 - $51.28 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
